How long will my order take to be dispatched?
Goods are dispatched the same day on all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday and on a Monday for orders placed at the weekends.
Do you offer an express delivery service?
We offer a 24hr Tracked Delivery service on orders placed for delivery to the UK mainland before 2pm. These orders will be delivered the following business day. Royal Mail do now deliver on Saturday and Sunday too, but please note this is not guaranteed.
Any orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday. The express service is only offered to goods in stock.
I’ve just placed an order. Do I have to pay two lots of P&P if one item is in stock and the other one isn’t and I have to wait for one item?
No, you will only pay one delivery charge per order regardless of the availability of any of the items.

What happens if my order hasn’t arrived within the time you allow?
If you haven’t received your order within our allowed time limit of 7 working days please contact info@sewheartfelt.co.uk. We will follow up your query with our courier and send you a replacement if necessary.

How long do I have to return my goods?
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods within 30 days with a copy of your invoice, for an exchange or full refund (this does not include the original postage charge.) Unless faulty, returned goods must also be in an unused condition and in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How long does it take for a return to be processed and a refund applied back to my card?
