Minimum Order Value
Our minimum order value is £200.
For US-based customers, the minimum order value is $250
Payment Terms
- All initial UK orders, as well as all international orders, are proforma
- UK-based customers can benefit from 30-day payment terms on subsequent orders, subject to approval
Order Processing
Most orders are typically packed and ready for dispatch within 3 working days. During exceptionally busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery destination and order value (excluding VAT).
- UK – £6.95, or free on orders over £350
- Europe – 8% of order value, or free on orders over £500
- US & Canada – 12% of order value
- Rest of the World – 20% of order value
All prices are in GBP. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
