Returns

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods within 30 days with a copy of your invoice, for an exchange or full refund (this does not include the original postage charge.) Unless faulty, returned goods must also be in an unused condition and in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Parcels may need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present at the time of delivery, the delivery company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
