The mighty Beaded Fat Beetle!

Hundreds of tiny glass beads and intricate layers of sequins applied with tremendous skill...and patience...map out the colours and patterns of the super shiny beetle. Padded from behind this forms the plum domed body of the creature It is then mounted in a box frame with a fun archivist Latin description denoting the genus of the beastie on the reverse!

Inspired by a gentleman's cabinet of curiosities, full of strange specimens and worldly objects must have been truly fascinating. So we decided to create our own archive of creatures...but in a kind to nature, Sew Heart Felt way! So why not start your own collection of kind curious beasts?
